1 lb green beans, cut into 1 inch lengths
matchstick carrots (4 carrots worth)
2 Tbsp butter
1 onion sliced
1 lb mushrooms sliced
1 tsp seasoned salt
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
4 cloves garlic minced
Cook or steam carrots and beans till tender but firm. Saute onions and mushrooms and garlic till almost tender. Reduce heat Cover and simmer 3 minutes. Stir in the rest. Cook 5 minutes over medium heat.
