Mom's Sauerkraut Balls

1 pound bulk sausage
1 clove minced garlic
4 Tbsp flour
1/2 cup beef boullion
3 cups sauerkraut, drained and chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
4 Tbsp butter
1 Tbsp parsley
Bread crumbs
Flour
2 eggs
1 Cup milk

Brown sausage, onion, and garlic in butter. Stir in flour and cook. Add broth, parsley, and sauerkraut. Remove from heat and refrigerate.
Shape into balls and dip into 2 eggs mixed with 1 cup milk and then roll into breadcrumbs and flour.
Deep fry and freeze
Bake at 350 until brown and crunchy
