MOM'S WATERGATE CAKE

1 box white cake mix
3 eggs
1 Cup oil
1 Box pistachio instant pudding
1 cup water, 7-Up, or soda
1/2 cups chopped nuts

Beat together all ingredients. Bake in angel food pan at 350 for 50 min.
