2 ripe avocados
1 Tbsp mayonnaise
1 Tbsp finely chopped onion
1/2 small tomato, finely chopped
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 Tbsp lemon juice
Mash avocados, but leave a few chunks. Fold in all other ingredients and chill for an hour or two before serving with tortilla chips.
